What a fantastic distillery. Independent, craft approach, and in control of the entire process from barley grinding to bottle. Brilliant. And the Springbank 10 is a-mazing.
Thanks Ralfy, that was absolutely fascinating! So much effort goes into making the spirit that I adore (not too much, mind, in your best accent!!), I would love to do a proper distillery tour one day, keep up the excellent work you have been doing for the past 12 years or so, and I look forward to seeing the next episode of this tour
They said they were waiting on 50 tonnes of local barley being delivered. It's now just over 10 years on, why aren't we flooded with Springbank Local Barley? I want answers!!! 😆
Ralfy, After following the news out of Springbank from Mark at Whiskeycast I was surprised to be seeing this series until you mentioned it had been pre-recorded. The latest news out across the pond is that Springbank should begin repairs very soon and be up and running again this Spring. Please pass along support from whisky fans in the US. I too am a fan of the local boys who "do things right". Cheers!
Watching this eagerly while my Springbank 12yo single cask is being shipped to me! What a luxurious life I have... And I´m not even ´rich´!! Ah well I suppose I am! Greetings, malt-mates. Cheers!

Ralfy, are you planning to do another distillery tour any time soon? These videos are amazing.
Thanks for this Sprinbank series. I just happened to purchase a Springbank 10, so now I can enjoy it while seeing where it was produced.

always looking out for Springbank after your reviews 👍🏼
Ralfy should really do a vlog of the Balvenie distilery sometime! It's one of the best tours you can get!
Springbank is on my shopping list now.
More independent reviews please....
Quickly is one of my fav distilleries.
Nice video Ralfy. It's hard to believe that it's nearly ten years old. You haven't aged a bit. The fountain of youth is filled with Scotch whisky.
nice video ralfy!
just got a bottle of the 10 year.... wonderful for such a young malt !!
Work on the malting floors has to be hell of a fun :3
I enjoyed part 1 Ralfy!!

Just thought I would look at the archives Ralfy, think you know why I’m here 🤫
From one side - it's really incredible thing, that we could see the process of making whisky, but from other side the magic is dissapearing.
Viewed this when uploaded 2010, today 10 years later I bought a bottle of Springbank 10yo!
Grainstopping!
What did you think about Trainspotting?
The guy at my liquor store swears by their 10. He said its better than the bigger boy's 18 like macallan and dalmore.
hey ralf could you check some of my reviews out, i did the basic grant scotch review but would like a real reviewers opinion
