Not every situation is settled by violence. In any case, if the land belongs to you (as supposely shown in this case), any properties done it automatically belongs to you. Just go and take possession of it. What I'm calling "stupid" is the demolishing. Is that the wisest thing to do?

The ignorance is too much. You cannot put up a structure on a parcel of land that doesn't belong to you. It will be pulled down even if it is a skyscraper. Else, anybody will just put up something on a puece of land lying fallow and there will be chaos. Emotions do not solve anything.

How could you build on a land which is not yours
This is a lesson for all of us, this thing goes on for far too many when in fact people even know they are wrong, often people with money abuse the law to their advantage when especially cases are in court. Our courts must expedite their court procedures to bring justice in time. I feel sorry for the person but laws must be respected.
