Translating the masuo thing...she put elephant dung in water. Let it soak and drank that water to help with masuo. It's believed that elephants eat plants and bark that wen digested and you then drink this concoction...help to soften the cervix and helps to speed up labor. Natural plants that help speed up labor basically...There's some science there somewhere 😂
