Jon Luchessi is correct I have the same tractor, I had similar issues and found the "Draft Control" info in the operators manual. I just ordered the R/H door kit, Looking forward to the installation and the ability to open the R/H door to manipulate the lift arm lever when hooking up implements.
Sounds like you’re using your draft control push the draft control all the way forward so there’s no draft control then your three point hitch will work properly for mowing I have 4066R and the same tractor you have I never used traffic control for mowing
I aint real good at explaining but ive had a jhon deer 5083 for 5 or 6 years i run my draft about a half inch up from bottom it wont let lift go down i like it for mowing or almost anything but if u goin plow or need 2 go all the way down push it all down ... i have really noticed that when u have a load of hay on and the trailer is blanced and when u hit a bump or go up hill the front of trailer will raise up when u adjust the draft like i said it will actualy minimize how fast and how far it will let it raise and lower ...thats verry good when u have that happen ...i hope i made sence
I actually figured out that the second lever over needed adjustment. I almost have it adjusted correctly now. And now it makes more sense to me how it works now that it works correctly. Brand new tractor. You wouldn't think anything would be wrong with it.
@@skidco they aint nothing wrong with your tractor i just dont know how 2 explain it other then it works off of the pressure changes especially when u have up and down changes it actually will help put pressure on ur lift to keep it from raisen i still aint sayn wat i want to but i dont know how to .... i had trouble with myne at 1st too i did learn this i quit messen with that 540 economy pto behind seat cause it got stuck in 540 economy and its a bitch tryn 2 roll hah in that setting .... but im goin buy a 110 or 130 e this winter
I do. Ive had a Deere 3039R and a 4066R and really like the bigger cab and the size of the 5075E. I haul mine a bunch and it would be nice to have the 4066r but the extra weight of the 5e makes it really capable. no weights required on the front of it going up and down hills with the brush hog.

I like mine but it feels a little tippy. I’m thinking of having wheel spacers installed to create a wider wheelbase. Great tractor.
