I assume the point of the boxer's strategy was to keep things going until the hostage was safe. If so, this was a stupid way to do it. Two reasons: 1. You don't have to let yourself get knocked down to the mat to keep things going. If he is really so much better than his opponent, he can keep things even rather than getting the dirt beat out of him. 2. The sudden dramatic turnaround makes it look like he threw the earlier boxing to satisfy a bet on how the fight would go. For example, someone bets on a knockout by that boxer after the first round.
Yeah I agree the sudden turnaround was just like what the heck? he could have taken some punches and given some to no wait I think why he was doing that becuase he knew they maybe watching the fight and if he hit one their men they would hurt esther so I think he needed assurity that they couldnt hurt her, but the way it was down was extra like he just got up with all this motivation
