      Project Management Consultant. These guys are professionals who guide the process of redevelopment -- usually architects or chartered surveyors. Like the builders, PMCs are supposed to be chosen by societies from a list of empanelled professionals after a proper selection or tendering process... BUT there's a lot of sweetheart dealing that happens between Managing Committee and PMC and builder.
