I had a lot of respect for old Jimmy but this is embarrassing. He didn't get grassed up he blabber and boasted too much. You'd think somebody with his upbringing would know to keep Schtum about what you're getting up to not going around talking about it
You didn't get grassed up you bragged about what you did in your book .you've lived off your old man's name all your life
He recently said his brief told him he was jailed for his book basically.

Jimmy grew around crime just like everyone else in Bermondsey he knew a lot of faces but that doesn't make you a gangster you're a small time thief making a few quid ducking and diving like every one else from the background you done a bit of bird who hasn't all you done in your book was drop names

I was also born in lewisham 6 momths after jimmy and had some good nights out with jim im the late 90s. My father drank with the oulde twins and jimmy senior.. to me they were all good tough men.. love to see you again jimmy x

i used to be the manager of a lap dancing bar in scarbourough at the time jimmy was living with a girl in hull after spending some time in hull prision he used to come in every now and then he was always a true gent polite and always fun to be around top bloke
I’m from Hull and tippet sr has always fascinated me coming up to Hull from London but I can find very little info on him apart from his boxing record
I did 2 years with Jimmy back in 04/07 hmp hull and wolds, bit full of himself but not a bad guy he tried keeping in touch with me rang me and met up a few times in Hull Town after I got out but phone numbers change and lost contact, see he hasn't changed that much then 😂
@@deanhull8480 i was in hull with him o5 , he was stressed about his bird a beautiful brunette , his mum n dad had fallsn out eith him he was justca typical cockney wide boy , smashed it now with his mum n dads inheritance , i was good mates with simon green after we both got out 2007 we went to a party in the park at east park hull a good day , is simon still about he was with a lass called carla back then and had 2 lads lennox and lewis , last time i saw him we had a barbercue at one of his families houses but we lost contact, i knoa he had quite a rep round them ways

He writes a book about what a big gangster he is drops the name of every face he can think of Krays, Richardsons,Fraser Foreman. No wonder old bill took an interest probably put other people away his dad's a respected man shame he never taught his son the basics keep your mouth shut
Jimmy senior was a respected face who earned his reputation his son has no reputation he just lives of the fact that he's Jimmy Tippet's kid if he wasn't nobody would give him the time of day most people on the manor consider him a right Toby
