i can't remember all that well but i think you have to beat the main story first and then it's in that cave in the hidden city where jonah is chilling and there's a woman u speak to in there ; i could be wrong, search online just in case im wrong!

there's other dlcs you have to complete first tho if you have them already, i remember that the path home was the last tomb the game let me do!
