WHEN I PURCHASED MY WRANGLER, IT HAD ALL THE REQUIRED LSV NEEDS. THE PROBLEM IS WHEN I ASKED FOR A CERTIFICATE OR THE VIN NUMBER THEY SAID THERE IS NO SUCH THING. NEW JERSEY REQUIRES THEM TO REGISTER.

I'm not sure how all states work but I do know that no scooter we seill has a vin number. They are not street leagal. They can be used on sidewalks and then they this version does ver well on grass. Who did you buy it from?
