A riff on 60s chic. MGC is pushing the envelope again, doubling down even, on the idea of elegance (restrained and, in Dior’s own words, “natural”). The creativity - the artistry - is in masterfully evoking the aura of Parisian je ne sais quoi. But not only Paris. Those elegant ensembles with hats by Stephen Jones are perfect for any chic establishments anywhere. Brava MGC and the Dior team! ❤️❤️❤️

This collection is amazing
❤ i am delighted to see beautiful elegant essential minimalistic classicism, that some people are making comments about (maybe they're 90s post modernists, i dont know :). this is my aesthetic always and regardless of social, economic, and whatever other possible current trends or conditions for consideration at the time of creations, and i find it very 'Dior'. the silhouettes are very elegant, and they really help to emphasize the textures and textile compositions, and clean lines, without potentially distracting ornamentation :) i think many of these ensembles and the entire collection, with exception of perhaps a small number of pieces, are very befitting varietal and mixed or partial use for other ensembles, providing great value and myriad possibilities (jackets with jeans, other pants of multitude types, and other skirts, for instance, with matching skirts or pants with other tops, jackets, sweaters, various leggings / hosiery options, etc etc, giving great value and maximum practical use potential, dressed casually, for work, and for more dressed up formal affairs. i like it, and i think its a great show and collection :)

I know everyone believes camel colors or beige is a classic choice for a wardrobe but the truth is, very few women are truly enhanced by it. The same can be said for for a designer collection i think if it is an overused color. The designs WERE classic and much better than many we see out there today but would have benefitted from a bolder color choice especially since older women who are likely the target clients. This collection needs a strong color to pull it together like fire engine red or a rich brilliant burgundy. Those colors would make those neutrals pop...

Always something new to try in fashion, wine stains; mustard hot dog outlines; motor oil dots; somebody already did the tire tracks bit. I'm thinking maybe dried out iguanas hanging from arm pit hair. As an accessory.

Miss Grazia Chiuri overthinks concepts by the time she gets to clothes her imagination well has run dry, I'm sorry. The clothes are uneventful on so may of these. This is Dior, this is supposed to be among the most exciting and luxurious clothes in the world.
Her imagination might have run dry, but what about the other 300 designers she has? Dior is over rated

Brilliant. MGC is one of my top 2 designers now. The play of masculine & feminine, the old & the new and the materials are just exquisite. I very much appreciate that she did not abandon the richness of materials and techniques that Dior used and that we loved. While she did not use embroidery and such, there were some pieces here that referenced the glory of the old days. She brought the newness, but didn't discard CD's efforts in creating the paramount beauty.

Brilliant runway design! Those trellises above casting patterns on the floor with well thought placement of the lights above🔥 also loved the black floor at the middle to obliterate the shadow cast on the floor and place the backdrop "dolls" at the center.

I like the proportion and color story for most of these looks. Maria Grazia Chiuri has such a monumental task of carrying on the classic and chic brand Dior has set for itself, while also staying current. I think she captured that and more.
