Mr Digamber Kamat is the real person who is responsible for the present destruction of goa. If Digamber Kamat had not defected from BJP party that time Mr Manohar Parrikar would have totally changed the situation of goa. The worst period of politics in goa was from 2007 to 2012 and the CM was Mr Digamber Kamat. He followed the policy of " Hum bhi khata hai tum bhi Khao. It was surprising that people from margao again elected person like Digamber Kamat. Atleast don't elect him again,elect new energetic educated non corrupt person in the coming assembly elections.
