Thanks for the playthrough, that was fun! Missed the KS, can't wait for it to arrive at retail!
I've definitely seen other people's playthrough having a lot of upgrades but I think it depends on your strategy as well, if you favour credits or not.
A few things in case you play again:
6:40: missed gaining a credit when the threat was defeated
13:15: Unite is 1 damage twice, not 2 damage so you could have killed both 1 attack enemies
14:20: both level discs keep their position and increase by one, so your base disc should be on 2, and the other one on 3
15:40: the Fast threat should have been added to your battlefield unfortunately. I hate this on battlefield/on deck distinction tbh, it makes the game more fiddly than it needs to be, especially since some keywords like Rage don't apply when they are on the deck.
After that the Sporeling has Taunt, so you couldn't defeat the other threats first unfortunately.

Appreciate the time you took to make these gameplay corrections! I’ll play a lot better in my next play :)

Don’t know the game but love your channel. Appreciate the solo gameplays and unboxings.

Very visually stunning game. Admittedly not following it as well as I should, thumping sinus headache and lack of sleep on a Sunday morning. That aside, great table presence and I like how that upgrade feature works. Nice play through.

Thanks for the playthrough. The game looks nice and interesting. Unfortunately, the high luck factor is a turnoff for me. Thanks for pointing that out. Wishing you luck on your next play.
I enjoy Deckbuilding games and have been looking for something new.

      Thanks for checking it out!
What’s your top solo friendly deck building game at the moment?

@DaniCha I enjoyed the original Aeon End, Marvel Legendary, and Ascension. I have Marvel Champions but haven't played yet. Have played DC Comic but felt it didn't compare to Legendary. Played Shards of Infinity. I liked how you can compete against individual players but still like the Ascension card play better. I still have Cthulhu: A Deck Building Game that hasn't been played yet. Have not to be in a Cthulhu mood to play. Will get to it sometime this year. There was a game called Restart that involves going back in time that was funded in 2024. I hope it releases late this year or early 2026 to see some plays. The concept sounds interesting.

@bankingonmoney8224 I’ll google Restart! I haven’t heard of that! You pretty much mentioned all the ones I played. Have you tried Helionox?

@DaniCha I haven't played it but noticed it the past 2 months. Undecided to persue.

I have been playing the trap outta this game. I love it.
I will say that you need rewire your brain for how this game works (no true turn draw, buying the upgrades you need at the right time, planning for the level ups that can leave you vulnerable, etc,). Once you done, the game plays amazingly well. I'm getting consistent enough wins that I'm ready to up my difficulty.
      I wouldn't pass on this game! It's definitely a 10/10!
