I just want to say, thank you! Thank you for shedding some light on my connection. Based on timing when you posted this video, I was at my ex house. I’ve been very at peace with myself and with our situation. We have been separated since July. When I saw him my heart started racing and I got a lot of negative feelings. I couldn’t understand why when everything seems ok when we text, talk on phone or see each other at work. I could sense his negative blocked emotions towards me. I’m so focused on working on my self love and confidence. He has healing work to do and a part of me feels like he’s too focused on other things instead of dealing/ working on his inner self like I am.
