      We teach from scratch, you just need to locate acrylic polymer and AR glass fibers. www.fibretech.org is a major supplier in the UK, which is at least on your side of the Atlantic. Please see these free training articles and videos: concretecountertopinstitute.com/free-training-category/how-gfrc-works/

      @@TheConcreteCountertopInstitute Sure, who doesn't like to watch a 2 hours and 43 minutes video to get an answer to such simple question?!?

    • @TheConcreteCountertopInstitute
      @TheConcreteCountertopInstitute  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @julianbransky7168 perhaps a simple question, but we would not be doing any favors to answer the question simply. GFRC as a concept is simple; 1:1 sand:cementitious, low water:cement ratio (how low is situation dependent, superplasticizer and pozzolan, dosed at specific percentages of the cementitious weight, situation dependent. And glass fibers, dosed as a percentage of the entire mix, including the fibers. We offer a lot of resources, because this is not a simple craft, despite appearing so. We are committed to the success of the people that we help, and we prefer to be informative if sometimes not concise. Thank you for your feedback!

    Are the fibers visible on the surface?

    • @TheConcreteCountertopInstitute
      @TheConcreteCountertopInstitute  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No, not usually. There are different ways to prevent fibers from showing on the surface. Watch the video for how it's done.

    Can the forms be reused?

    • @TheConcreteCountertopInstitute
      @TheConcreteCountertopInstitute  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The fiberglass sink mold can be reused many times. The melamine form is generally only good for one or two castings before the material gets scratched, swells, or degrades such that the quality of the casting suffers.

    "mixing omega sealer" where are those instructional videos??

    • @TheConcreteCountertopInstitute
      @TheConcreteCountertopInstitute  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Omega is a professional level sealer with extremely detailed and extensive instructional videos, written documentation, and other resources. This is too much to put on TH-cam. The full instruction videos and documentation are available in our online portal after purchase. An email with instructions to access the online portal goes out automatically immediately upon purchase to the email address provided on the order.
