Putting the Mud Claw 245/75 16’s on the Willys M38 for a trip to the beach in Old Mexico

We have a set of Mud Claw 245/75 16 on the stock Willys truck or wagon 5” wide wheels. We have tried different colors for the wheels ( black, blue, green, gold and now Apple Red).

Looks great, assuming your Jeep is all stock drive train, how does it drive with that size tire? What's the top speed ? Trying to find the best overall tire size for our 2A that will be driven on the street. Thanks

It is all stock, I did add an overdrive last year. It will run 55 down the rd but it’s most comfortable at 40-45 mph. It would probably be a little better on the power curve to have a little smaller sized tire.
