How long was the total trip from the hotel to the bus/jeep and then boat? Was it organized by the hotel de Caracas for you? Did they provide you with the plastic sheets? Are there any windsheeters? Did you get any waterproof shoes? Any practical details would be great! Thank
Hi! So the tour is certainly arranged at the hotel. On the morning of, they pick you up at the hotel and give you a kit that contains the plastic you'll wear, along with some sunscreen and bug spray (no waterproof shoes unfortunately). But what I did do was bring sandals to switch into. So a bus will take you to a "jeepish" vehicle while will drive about 5 minutes to the edge of the river, where they have lockers. (That's when I changed into my flipflops and put on the plastic cover). Then onto the boat, and the boat ride was about 30 minutes. The boat brings you underneath the waterfall and it was just amazing!!!! I would recommend this adventure to anyone - it is a bucket list item for sure!

Hi. There are tons of 3rd party sites, but I found the best deal to be @belmond the hotel site itself.
Did the hotel offer pick up ride service from the airport?
Hi, most certainly! You do have to request though, and it is a paid service, It was about $10 usd per person.
