You should try Demontreville and Olson Lake, close to Oakdale and holds mamas. Both lakes are connected. Somehow, Olson is a lot more clear than Demon. IMO Demon and Olson is better than Gervais. My best experience is late fall bite.
Great video! Tonka is tough at times. I’ve had success in Wayzata Bay with Drop shot & Dark Sleeper. Biggest so far, 22” 4.94 Smallie on the Mississippi south of launch in Elk River. Caught on Whooper Plooper 75 Powder.
Just good to see different anglers out together, taking you out your comfort spots, but damn it’s still fishing so it’s living! I personally like when they throw a competition into the mix, makes it more interesting, positive trash talking but going toe to toe for something, whatever. You dudes are living!
Love the vid! Will try to wach mpre. Biggest bass was 22" Lm in the Cities. Noticed you threw Zoom craw in the lake, or maybe it was into the boat. Try not to as it is bad for fish. Caught a couple this year with no hook, but spitting up a soft plastic.
It's all good Bindee, it takes time to learn that lake. The more you fish Tonka on tough days the better you'll get..... the fishing pressure, boat traffic, weather conditions, and knowing multiple spots will all affect your success on that lake.

I've been hearing more and more about this lake. I might have to make the trip out there and try to make something happen! Great job working at it!
Thank you
Did you guys get a ticket. My biggest fish is a -0 bc the weather here in cali is crazy. It’s like 110-112
100% lol
Tonka is a little too big and busy of a lake for me... one day though!
Its really busy lol.. a Zoo!
Tonka had speed limits it's why most people don't speed
Yup
8 pounder lurking around in there👀
Ikrrr its crazy
Wtf there’s a speed limit on Tonka?
Max 40 mph
I’ll stick with Keller, Gervais & Phalen for now, it is closer to home.
Right! Lol the drive can get far.
went fishing 2 weeks ago that same lake and caught 4 northerns and a crappie
Nice!
@@BindeeVangFishing thanks it was my first time fishing on that Minnetonka lake, I usually fish on crow river

Minnetonka can be very humbling!
I learned good lol... i heard its fairly easy fishing in the spring time.
In other words it sucks
Thanks for the upload enjoyed it
Thanks for watching!
Is Tonka, just have to beat banks. Always fish hanging around there, don't have to always fish deep
I have yet to captain.
