      Next, this may shake you to your core. The whole bunch are actors performing scenes that are scripted and directed, probably after numerous takes and reshoots. • @hobbitpsi
      @hobbitpsi ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@cdjhyoung Not fiction actually. In a lot of states, the Castle Law applies to one's land as well as their house. So it's not murder since Dutton would have killed them on his own property. Sure the law would investigate, but he'd be protected by the Castle Law. And as far as I know about Montanna's Castle doctrine, it clearly states that one can use force to protect one's home or place of business. In the case of the Dutton's and Ranchers in general, the entire land is their place of business as cattle roams the entire ranch... The fact that he was there to witness the bikers showing up with gas cans and he legally had them confirm that their intentions was to burn the property, he was in his legal right to use lethal force to protect his home and place of business. So yeh the fact you think they're gansters for doing this clearly shows that viking6985 is absolutely right and you don't know how life works. Maybe it's where you're from and maybe you live somewhere where the laws on lethal force are non-existent cause I recognize that there are countries where lethal force is not a legal option, but in the good ol United States of America we got laws that fully allows us to kill a mother fucker for threatening our lives, our loved ones lives, and our home...and yes....even when you go to a class that's run by a cop they specifically tell you, "You don't shoot to wound, you shoot to kill."

Heller, 554 U.S. 570 (2008) ... these are what protect law abiding citizens in California, stating that they can protect their home with no "duty to retreat". This is key. As such, my property has motion sensors, external sounding alarms, motion sensors attached to bright lights, a sensor on every egress (windows, door, sliding door). We have two overlapping paid security systems connected to UPS backup, as well as a generator. Fully armed, we shoot as a family, train as a family, and drill as a family. I have legal membership coverage via CCW Safe which will provide me with attorneys and cover any litigation if I or any member in my household come under civil suit from protecting our property and our Lives. I had an elderly San Antonio neighbor who went thru the same thing with Mexican cartel coyotes on his border land ranch. They had openly, unashamedly and hostilely occupied his heritage ranch, to use as a drug route. They would routinely park a look-out in a Jeep on a high escarpment. One morning my neighbor was ready after waiting all night. He approached the parked driver unseen and then coughed to announce his armed presence. The cartel driver looked into the ranchers rifle barrel inches from his head , then glanced down at the passenger seat where his own hand gun was laying. My neighbor said simply, "Too late! I got you..." Then he gave the drug thug a severe talking to at gunpoint. The cartel member tried to regain the intimidation hi-ground by saying they would kill him. So my neighbor spoke the truth twice that morning saying, "I`m already dying..." He had the man throw out his gun and keys and then retreated. All the way back to Bexar County. He sold the ranch, knowing he was too old, too ill and unable to ever repeat his performance. But he had made his point and he took a quiet pride in that...

    This is such a gangster scene. Imagine being told to dig your own grave .. thus scene and the opening of season 4 still blow my mind..

      this is not the first scene in a show where the guy was told to dig his own grave... quit acting like it is... must be a 12 year old moron.
