I’m assuming this task is related to something known as Intracognition. In all runs of GnG, there will be a bar at the top of the map showing your Intracognition. To adjust the value of this, go into the green-blue colored domains. There, you will get an event where you can adjust your Intracognition. Also, in plains 1 and 2, a random event will occur that will change your Intracognition slightly. Hope this helps!
