Know this a year late to respond. But I think like the highest HP S-Chassis was around 600hp. Most of the time they ranged anywhere from 200hp to 600hp. But common average for that era was between 350hp to 550hp. JZX Chassis were making big HP even back then. Ranging from 400hp upwards of 700hp and SOME closer to the 800hp mark within like a year or two of this event. Average was around 500hp to 600hp. AE86's and N/A cars like it ranged around 100hp (Basically stock) to 400hp. Only ones making around the 350hp to 400hp mark were either Fully built 4AG's with Turbo's at the time, Or the RARE for the Era SR20 Swapped 86's. Even then the average was around the 190hp to 250hp mark for the chassis. Rotary cars, FC's and FD's were up and down... ranging from 300hp up to 500hp. Most averaging around the 400hp to 450hp mark for reliability at the time. And back then it was all 13b's.

S chassis were between 300-400 hp, up to 500 hp for Kumakubo S15, ae86 were between 150-200 hp
