Adiong has a selective memory loss. I like the interview and the host but I feel like Adiong is not from Mindanao. Parang wala syang puso. Nabili ka narin ba Sir Adiong? Ilang million? Please be the voice of us, the poor not for the elite and oligarchs Marcos and Romualdez. You did nothing as the sponsor of the OVP 2025 budget. You never even fought the budget. You never fought for us. You allowed the satellite offices to be closed. It's us the probinsyanos that you deprived of the help that OVP had extended. Nakakadismaya ka Sir Adiong.
Ang question is saan ginagamit ang pondo ng taong bayan.simple lang ang isasagot,what people get?hostilities but no legitimate answer or explanation.simpleng tanong di kayang sagutin..simple lang ang ibig sabihin...corruption.
Dito mo makikita ang tunay na politika ng Pilipinas. Pag Office of the President laging panalo when they devide the house, because they need to kiss the ass of the President. When they devided the house during the OVP budget of VP Sara, the majority voted agaist it, and the motion was killed. Kung sino nakaupo talaga na President dun sila, kasi dun sila makikinabang. Congressmen are nothing more without the side of president. They are law makers, and they are not supposed to have budget. Bakit ang mga congressmen ang daming pera? San nila kinukuha ang pera nila sa projects nila sa mga districts nila at perang ginagamit sa poverty porn ng voters at ayuda ng mahihirap? In which walang audit ng COA. That is why gusto nila laging maghirap ang tao para aasa sa kanila, at mahilin sila para manalo ulit. SC already said the money spent by congressmen to projects were unconstitutional. They don't even merit COA auditing. Executive Departments lang ang suposedely may budget. Pinag-initan nila si VP Sara Duterte kasi wala silang mapapala sa budget ng OVP at sa DepEd dati, walang silang ma-insert at potentially ma-currupt from the budget. Kaya ang congress they would manipulate during Bicam ng budget sa departments ng executive at dun nangyayari ang anomalya at potentially curruptions. Where sa case ni VP Sara since wala sila mapapala (at pumalag si VP Sara) at di na siya in good terms with BBM and they are about to decrease the budget the OVP now, at super obvious ang power tripping ng congress sa OVP.

I believe you misunderstood on one point, remember the statement of Digong saying the Mindanao will separate is because of the Peoples Initiative campaign which they give money in exchange for signatures. and changing this government into a Parliament and Romualdez will be the seating Prime minister. He is just serving his mandate to the people scrutinizing taxpayers money going to the national budget which in turn spent by various department including the OP and the OVP. Maybe for a future interview, Cong Zia can explain the blueprint for progress in Mindanao and the division of work among the 3 branches of government and what it would cost. Understanding this would help citizens understand why Congress needs to be smart in fiscalizing the budget.

Compared to VP Robredo's budget hearing, answers all questions, and the positive feeling, even legislators suggests to increase her budget inlcuding the Senate too.
That's because Pres. Duterte was fair and square and even opposed some congressmen calling for Robredo's impeachment. The present composition of Congress headed by the presidential cousin has a strong desire to be the next president. He sees VP Duterte as a roadblock to his dream. Thus thru his cohorts in the budget hearing, he sought to demonize VP Duterte. But their plan faltered.
