I made a remix sheet cake way before this series came out. I super glued a bunch petit four cakes together, then put salt on the sides from the pretzel to look like sugar and the premade rosettes from the petite four and the letters from the alphabet soup to spell out happy birthday.
No it's telling u to ice it wait 10 mins then add the top icing,, wait 10 mins then add ur decor. It's so it's still wet but stiff enough to hold the items in place:) you do have to work quickly as it will start drying pretty quickly but u have time. little late but figured id clarify not that i know anything but....lolol.
It showed a different icon next to the stop watch, so I took that as its a countdown and you have less than that amount of time to finish it. The icing felt stiff within a minute or so. I was panicked lol
@@KitchenBricks yea the decoden cream will set it quickly again with miniverse not detailing enough for ppl. Urs still turned out great!! These. To me, r a try it then really make it kinda thing lol I luv working with whipped air dry clay, so much more realistic!!
This n the panda cake r my absolute favorite. Super easy to make and very interesting how the batter rises as it dries. Luv the decor, just cute all the way!! Lol ur 1 is an L lol
@KitchenBricks no I've done 1 of each style pls the bday n panda cakes. I have done the choc pie tho. Super easy. I think the mat was more intended for the width of the pie crust, n the cookies need to be more of the size of the whole mat to get 12 cookies out of it. Mistake on their end for not clarifying lol imo anyway. But they r all so so much fun. I luv its more detailed and time consuming. I always hate open pour done basically lol. These r more like real baking to me. But don't be scared just go for it!!
Super cute!!

That is super clever! I bet it looked so cute!
I love how the cake really looks like a cake. It rises and feels spongy!
They did a good job with this series and it feels "safer" than working with resin...though I'm not even sure what this stuff is made out of lol
