So sad - I worked here in the 90's when is was a bit more upscale but now it's gone downhill bigtime. Ever since they put in the welfare building across the street - theft became a problem so most of the stores moved or just closed up shop. It was dangerous at night too - even the parking lot. I'm surprised The Bay is still there.
