The Ability to Observe Without Judgement is the Highest Form of Intelligence

  • Start perceiving yourself as something beyond the body and mind. You are not the one controlling life; it unfolds naturally, as a flow of cause and effect. However, this flow-whether favorable or unfavorable-is not who you are. The one who experiences life’s fluctuations is not the body or the mind but an underlying conscious presence, unchanging and infinite.

This is my current life’s journey. We are spiritual beings having a human experience: this statement itself is beautiful Spiritual freedom. When ones realizes the ego/natural mind, is due to a lot of uncertainty, uncomfortably, and outcomes of adverse factors. We realize letting go and just sitting in the uncomfortable and uncertainty is the key to spiritual oneness, peace, and freedom.
    HalleluYah!!!

Our minds are the garbage bin of society.
Destructive and useless information is stored in the memory banks.
Our life experiences form our characters and personalities starting at a young age.
Our life experiences that is memories are also stored.
In essence, when we react or overreact to situations this behavior arises from past experiences and stored information.
YOU can talk about the ego all day.
It isn't until one realizes and admits their behavior at times IS unacceptable and they behave or react beyond human Instincts, until character defects are tempered and redirected we continue on a Destructive Path.
What most people do is make excuses for their behavior.
What most people do is blame other people for their problems.
This has to, must, needs to be addressed.
Character defects and unacceptable personality traits need to be tempered and redirected.
This is where self searching comes into play.
This is where self examination comes into play.
No person can make the transformation, that is to transcend until the root of the problem is addressed.
Transcendence is experiencing and existing above the normal level.
Transcendence is experiencing and existing above the physical level.
People that transcend are Super Humans.
They learn methods, ideas and concepts from ancient teachings and apply these to their life.
      Then there's a transformation.
They no longer make excuses for their behavior or blame others.
They begin a daily routine that includes meditation and self examination which is discussed in this video.
A spiritual being having a human experience sounds nice ..... that's about it.
Once we address our flaws, those things in our makeup that are the result of a lifetime of useless and destructive information our attitude and outlook on life changes as he mentioned in this video.
A wise person once said, " when we change the way we look at things the things we look at change."
Neuroscience tells us when we have an unfortunate situation or a bad experience the subconscious plays tapes if you will of every situation or experience from our lifetime related to this one. Now that you know this you can't unknow it.
The human brain can process 11 million bits of information every second. But our conscious minds can handle only 40 to 50 bits of information a second.
In other words there's a lot of activity in the mind going on that we're unaware of.
Maintenance of a Spiritual condition includes understanding ourselves and why we do the things we do. It's also understanding why other people do the things they do.

Jiddu Krishnamurti once said, 'The ability to observe without evaluating is the highest form of intelligence.' Observing life without judgment allows us to step back, embrace its natural flow, and reconnect with the unchanging, infinite presence within us. A reminder of the peace that lies in simply being. 🌿✨

Next, you observe your mind, once you become stabilized in watching the mind, your thoughts, you can now observe the more subtle, the emotions. Once you become stabilized in watching the emotions, you can watch the watcher.

This is unrelated but i did nothing but observe for years (my older brother died when I was 16 and caused me to fixate on how things could have changed, made me always think of the tiniest things that can change the outcome of situations) so I observed, and when I was about 25 to 27 years old, I could guess how things would end up, and most of the time I'd turn out to be right, over and over, just small choices that were being made by others, that i could see would have detrimental or damning consequences, there are good ones too but when small things do go right I don't tend to remember as well, but anyways, I decided if I could do something about something I can see coming, I'd try to do something, so far, it hasn't worked, Ive gotten so frustrated trying to change the outcomes of things, but the harder I tried to change things, the more they stayed the same. The situations vary, but essentially when it comes to people, no one will ever think your idea is good until they think it for themselves, everyone knows everything and everyone knows the best ways to do any given thing.
And even trying to nudge people little by little, seems to work at first but in the end it will always be as was always intended I suppose, I still will try, and i always will, I don't blame myself when the inevitable happens, but it's mainly people, and their inability to change, they will only change when they want to, no matter how much sense you make.
Not getting attached to outcomes is the best way, but being an observer and watching terrible things happen before they happen and never intervening, and if I could overlook that and shrug and say "not my problem" and move on, I don't think I could live with myself
when I fail I just go "next time" I'll get it next time, and I might never get it right, but if I didn't try, it'd be worse

    • @MichaelMI88-88
      @MichaelMI88-88 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Stop trying to change others.
You can ONLY control your own decisions.
And it sounds like you have an awesome heart. And I’m sure it is in the right place. But, it’s ultimately a waste of your own precious energy to try and fix someone. If, they don’t want to hear it. If they aren’t truly listening.
In those case it’s best to just listen, and hope they ask for your advice. And if they don’t, just keep listening.

Half-true. You can and should learn to become the impassible (unperturbed) observer of your mind. But your thoughts and life are not an illusion and your thoughts matter because they shape your outcomes. Rather, observe your mind, leave attachment to lower loves (lust, greed, envy, sloth, gluttony, wrath, pride) and act well, nobly. As Christ to make you more like himself.

But the truth is there is nothing fake about it, nor is there anything to fake. It's all said and done simultaneously. Resistance is due to lack of acceptance of God who is in you, and you are in God. So why even resist in the first place?

I got it but I didn't. To me, it is a lower plane of existence. You keep recognizing the Mind. The mind is only one aspect of our mentality. While the mind is pouring out thoughts. What is intelligence doing or what is intellect doing. And heaven help us when we get reasoning because that is critical thinking. The work of the memory is to bring forth thought and thinking is only one aspect of our faculties. If you truly see it from Mentality. You would know that you are not the one that observes. As I have written in the beginning. A lesser form of being!
