- Arvind Kejriwal News: दिल्ली शराब नीति से जुड़े मामले में गिरफ्तार अरविंद केजरीवाल को जेल में इंसुलिन देने की मांग और नियमित जांच को लेकर ईडी ने कोर्ट में कहा कि डाइट चार्ट की रिपोर्ट आ रही है.
कोर्ट ने केजरीवाल के वकील की याचिका पर ईडी को कल यानी शनिवार (20 अप्रैल, 2024) को जवाब फाइल करने के लिए बोला है. कोर्ट ने केंद्रीय जांच एजेंसी के साथ ही जेल अथॉरिटी को भी जवाब देने के लिए कहा है. राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने केजरीवाल की याचिका पर फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया है. कोर्ट इस मामले में 22 अप्रैल को फैसला सुनाएगा.
कोर्ट ने सुनवाई के दौरान आम आदमी पार्टी (AAP) के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक अरविंद केजरीवाल की याचिका की कॉपी देने का निर्देश दिया. अदालत ने आगे कहा कि हमको अभी नहीं पता है कि केजरीवाल की अर्जी में क्या मांग की गई है.
इसके जवाब में केजरीवाल की तरफ से पेश हुए वकील अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी ने कहा कि हमने ईडी को अर्जी की कॉपी दे दी है. वहीं जेल अथॉरिटी ने कहा जब केजरीवाल को जेल में लाया गया था तो इंसुलिन ले रहे थे, लेकिन बाद में उन्होंने खुद बंद कर दिया था.
