* The complications and confusions in the existing'THAGHOOTHI SYSTEM' is on increase due to playing of 6-9 and 9-6 game and/or 'self-contradictory 'and 'self - conflicting' INTERPRETATION instead of preferring the plain reading of the provisios of LAW and CONSTITUTION.
*The JUDICIAL system ,as such, needs to be substituted - Replaced by a pure ISLAMIC SYSTEM in the LIGHT and under the GUIDELINES as laid down in the HOLY QURAN AND SUNNAH. [ HUMAN CATALOGUES ]
* The substitution - Replacing of a the JUDICIAL SYSTEM with a PURE ISLAMIC SYSTEM, it is SIGNIFICANT to mention is a long AWAITED DEMAND of the peoples of ISLIMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN.
*For replacing the 'THAGHOOTHI SYSTEM' with a PURE ISLAMIC SYSTEM, no any 2/3 MAJORITY is needed or required in country like PAKISTAN created in the name of ISLAM [ PAKISTAN KA MATLAB KIA LAILAHA ILLALLAH.
*Even otherwise, when every one including the GUARDIANS OF CONSTITUTION go beyond - not caring their vested jurisdiction but to do , as per their wishes and DESIRE then, the PARLIAMENT AS BEING MOTHER OF LAW in such like situation can also claim justification.
* Apart from the above, the FORMATION- ESTABLISHMENT of a CONSTITUTIONAL SUPREME COURT regarding CONSTITUTIONAL matters to be filed in or arising to, may be helpful in providing RELIEFS to the poor litigants whose cases are waiting for disposals since long on account of MUDDY FLOODS and RUSH OF POLITICAL ISSUES.
*THE CONSTITUTIONAL SUPREME COURT however, be filled- up with extremely HONEST, BIASLESS Judges- justices with AGE 68 YEARS who only to do justice FAIRLY and that too without any 'INCLINATION' and MOULDING the LAW in zig- zag manner but strictly in accordance with LAWS & CONSTITUTION.
