Thanks for your comment. If within one year, then you can apply to issue existing eligibility letter. If after one year of passing DHA exam, then you will be required to request for renewed eligibility letter and pay associated charges. In both cases, your exam will remain valid.

What to do if institution we are working reports discrepancy in dataflow, to prevent us from shifting, they reported as document is not genuine as my colleague had provided an NOC issued by the hospital. This hospital ildoes not issue any still working to the staffs,only when you are leaving they issue experience

So does this mean i would have to get experience certificates reissued if my experience letter is more than 6 months old? I have never heard of this. This would be a very time taking process. And sometimes medical colleges and hospitals may refuse to reissue experience letter with an updated date..has anyone else faced this issue?

Consider showing Dataflow any other proof of employment, such as payment slip etc. Sometime Dataflow consider such documents.
