For 22 Mil I would think the bedrooms would be much larger. The bathrooms are kinda on the boring side too. The kitchen is okay but it should be a lot more extravagant for 22 million. Darren as always you do an amazing job.
People buy homes on the Bird Street mainly for the views.. But the views from the pool level is not great at all..but bedroom views are great.. Should convince neighbor to cut down trees 😁😊

they still have to pay mansion tax unless they sell it for under $5 million.
