    735 for a condo in Welland sounds insane... Is this a condo town or high rise? Hope it recovers.

      @@Alex-kb9rd It was a first of its kind in Welland. Low rise building, only three floors, large units 1400 sq.ft, 2 bed, 2 bath, with higher end finishes. Not cheap at all! lol
