About Stephen Key, inventRight Cofounder

May I ask what happens when your patent is still pending and a company stoll your idea when you ve presented it?
After 25 years, no one has stolen a product from one of our members. When you have the knowledge, this is never an issue.

May I get back to you about my question how long you need to wait between from sending the patent email documents and to create a the prototype in a foreign company such as china.
I need more information.
@@inventRight Yes please for example I just filled in today and sent my patent request to the USPTO. How long should I wait to start creating a prototype on a foreign factory such as China. Do I realy need to wait or as some people starts even if it's still on pending approval?
