Justice Stemmons No it isn't. The 2008 Incredible Hulk film is in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The 2003 Hulk film is in a completely different continuity. The closest thing to a sequel the 2003 Hulk film got was the game adaptation of it.
man i wish they would have kept the hulk from The incredible hulk and used him in the avengers, that hulk was done perfect i thought. but dont get me wrong the hulk in the avengers was cool for like an older hulk, but the actor Mark Ruffalo was just not the right actor for a bruce banner.
