I beg please someone take into account how extreme the feeling of being resourceless and unsafe makes vulnerability and solitude feel, the flares and trauma responses are hell themselves and made life difficult even before all this. Don't bring anything mildly uncomfortable my body feels like a hell of stress and I need genuine help and security, obviously it's worse than before since the summer I gave so much time and pain for your terror and abuse
