Sorry you can't. Until you have argb. If you unplugged any connector your fan may stop working. And it may damage your Processor. Coz there is a fan on the processor. But you can't see it..

where do you plug the 3-pin?
In motherboard where see 5v 4 pin. Don't connect in in first pin where it mentioned 5v pin name r g b
