I really love when Kyuhyun shows his smart side. He's brilliant. What else you can ask for? He's an excellent singer, MC, dancer (at least for me), he's incredibly gorgeous, honest, kind, speaks different languajes, knows playing some instruments, he's intelligent, a good person, a gentleman... (much less those ranking based on academic achievements or random things done) but if you can show results like what kyu did on quiz shows then its worth taking into consideration, since kyung only took the mensa test because the show's pds persuaded him to, after seeing his prowess at tackling iq related questions. so if kyu went to do the mensa test too, its possible that he would be accepted.
Apparently his dad didn't want him to pursue a music career, and so Kyuhyun promised that he will fulfill a degree while he was in Super Junior. And in 2013, he got a Bachelor's Degree. So proud of our SJ maknae.
for those who dont get how kyuhyun solved, its bc kyuhyun uses the logic of process of elimination from bottom up. in short, if youre a person who underatands a problem from breaking it apart(figuring out each properties of A~Z) to achieve a solution, kyuhyun's phrasing should be easier to comprehend. if youre a person who understands a problem from building up (aka organizing from A~Z) to achieve the solution. then parkkyungs method is easier to comprehend.
Kyuhyun did mention before that he is able to solve mathematical problems a bit differently (in school) because he breaks it up and then puts them back together. The same way he did on the Chinese characters part of this show. I did understand Park Kyung's explanation better because I approach problems the same way. I can see a bit into Kyuhyun's explanation but he was too fast for me.

Actually, the parkyung method is more logical and can be proved in paper (if there is any). If kyu begin with the assumption that the fake one is lighter, he wont find the answer that fast. But actually kyu has an instict for math. So he actually doesnt need to think systematically, he will find the answer anw
For me I understood Park Kyung's better because we started on the same step and it was easier to get from there. This is what is fun with math and logic, you may start and solve in different ways but you still arrive at the same answer.
I know Kyu since I was in middle school, back then I used to brag a lot about how smart he is. I'm a senior college student now and I'm still so proud of him, I admire him a lot. I still think about him whenever I have a math exam 😂💙 Watching him again on TV shows gives me so much happiness and strength! Before his enlistment I didn't follow him or his activities as I used to when I was younger but I missed him so much that now I'm a full-time gamer again! 💙 Support this big baby a lot, please! In Super Junior there are two math genius its Kyuhyun and Shindong, but shindong did not show it more on tv but super Junior members always says that Shindong and kyuhyun are math genius.

AnNcKy I think it’s less that they’re hard and more that you have to think about them a certain way. And I feel like when most people look at these types of problems, they get overwhelmed since they don’t know how to start.

*I seriously got the marbles answer of 3 and 7 Correct!* (I surprised myself) :O I've paused the question and solved it like this: > in 3rd balance, since 4,7 weighs heavier than 2,6 it must definitely contain at least one heavy marble which are fake (since out of 8, all the remaining 6 are of same weight are real) > in 2nd bal, I've arrived that since the middle balance is equal, it must contain at least one heavy marble each side (since both 7 and 4 is on either side, so to balance other it definitely needs other heavy one) > Finally, in 1st bal, if 4 was the heavy one (from 3rd balance) it would go down, but it stayed on upside, meaning it is not heavy! So, obviously 7 is the heavy one! > Therefore, it's either 2 or 3 will be other heavy ball, but since in 3rd bal, 2 is on the lighter side along with 6, 3 is the other heavy ball!
