The file fold and ranger roll should be fine. Just don't roll the shirts up too tight. As for the one with the collar wrap I think it might stretch the collar a little over time.
It can be quite tricky before you get the hang of it. Try holding on to the lower end of the roll with one hand while you wrap the top of the roll over with the other one. Then turn it upside down and repeat.

The collar-wrapping method works pretty well, but I'm afraid it'll strech my t-shirt's collar. Does it?
What about you have many same coulor with diferent print on? You cant realy se the differs
