We recently sat down with T.I., Erica Duchess, Jayski & KDubb for an exclusive “Off The Porch” interview! During our conversation they talked about the greet feedback from their movie ‘Da Partments’, T.I. explains having the concept for the movie for a long time, having the idea for it be a series, problems he faced while shopping the idea around to networks, finding the cast for all of the characters, Erica & Jayski’s reaction to T.I. reaching out to them to be in the movie, a lot of the movie being improv by the comedians, KDubb speaks on his character The Mechanic, filming the movie in 3 weeks, the residents where they filmed at being supportive, T.I. explains why he chose to be the voice for Da Partments, getting into stand up comedy, explain they released the movie only on their website, his relationship with comedian Throwed Off Juan, reveals that he tried to get Desi Banks & others in the movie, being surprised by King’s performance in the movie, opening concert with a live orchestra for the 20 years of Trap Muzik, the creative process that went into making the album, Gucci Mane bringing him out to perform in Atlanta recently, always having a mutual respect for Gucci, his upcoming albums ‘Kiss The King’ & ‘Kill The King’, explains why these will be his final albums, executive producing B.G.’s ‘Too Hood 2 Be Hollywood’, still having a close friendship with B.G., upcoming tours for Erica, Jayski & KDubb, shares advice for upcoming standup comedians, reveals what it feels like to bomb on stage, and so much more!
