When I was a teen we did all kind of activities that required limber and flexibility. 17 is young and limber and people at that age can be in great shape and quite limber. You learn more about him, his life, what readings do to him physically, what he goes through with readings. It's called Life After Death with Tyler Henry and made a few years ago. He does readings for regular people which are really touching. You see him in his house etc. Enjoy
