True story…. In the early 2000s I was visiting a friend of mine in Chicago and a white Benz pulled up on the block we was on. We was standing outside next to a Fish and Chicken spot. We was in a GD hood and Bump J hopped out the whip with a couple of his homeboys and he had his big iced out Bump J chain on and walked in the restaurant. Ain’t nobody give him no problems at all. Pretty much everything take effort. If you want to be a medical doctor there is no way around those 8 years of school. If you want to be a chef, you got to practice cooking/go to culinary school. Like you can't tell me these kids don't understand that the grind isn't fabulous but that sacrifice payoff plenty of dividends in the end. A 2 year trade school program ain't nothing when you get paid 45.00 and hr as union carpenter with plenty of OVERTIME if you want for the next 50 years. You will look back saying "it was worth it". People want to take short-cuts via the streets. But really you only end up cutting your life short and making it harder because most end up in prison, with a record, or dead.
