Thats because of the valgus forces on your knees (because us women have bigger hips) plus the addition of the muscles on the inside tensing (glutes and adductors work upon squeezing your bum- and adductors attach from pubic bone and just below the inside of your knee). Your welcome :)

The parachute is used to help short distance runners usually in track. It only works usually on windy days, to help track runners perform better when it’s windy at a meet they use the parachute to help them against the wind. Try it when it’s windy, it’ll work better!

The "mash bag" is a floating chair. You can put a swimming/pool noodle through the holes of the "mash bag", then you can sit on it in the pool 😄
