I don't think that Chromebook supports .exe files, you may have to look up how to download .exe files on Chromebook

BUFF is not in the control panel any other suggestions?
@@Panchussy In Control Panel, go to Uninstall a program, if it is not there, then open File Explorer and go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Overwolf, and run OWUninstaller.exe to uninstall.
