The only logical reason I found you keep getting low amount of badges is bec you already have Yu Zhong. Idk what's it called and I'm not sure either but seeing mobile games nowadays with gacha mechanics, they might lowered the chances of getting effects and badges after getting a Super Prize. It's kinda sad, these skins are beautiful af but I'll be spending my dias on sure skins or those with pity timer like collector skins 😅
