I love this Hayride so much. Year on year it's so wonderfully wonky. Some bits are fantastic like the whole UFO section. Some are confusing (demon in front of gas cans? 🤷🏾♀️) It's always so trippy and random asf. May it never change
This looks fun. I went to this when i was s kid in the late 80s. Scared little me quite a bit. As an adult, i can appreciate the hard work the actors put in. They're 95% of the experience, after all. :) hopefully i can go this year. I know people are complaining about the quality, but in my perspective, i just go to have a fun time. I love seeing how the actors play their part. I love seeing the props and fun masks. It's a lot like Universal Studios Hollywood during Halloween. Same kinda scares, but with less walking, lol.
Awards please for the performers at 10:55 and 11:58 (and his squeaky li'l plushie) who realized there's no saving this trainwreck of a haunt and turned the camp up to eleven! Best damn things about the whole video! Seriously if you guys are reading this, comment back and get some love in the chat. You genuinely mastered tone here.
@@bigt7706 HA! They're trolling their own haunt. Love it. Hey if I were stuck in this sinking ship til the end of the season, I wanna have some fun too
This is terrible. So many dead areas of no activity or engagement. Why drape the wagon in massive tents if you're not going to do anything with them? Or buy expensive Gore Galore puppets and THROW THEM IN A DITCH?! 12:37 that's Porkchop. What a middle finger to haunts who struggle to just pay rent.
@@THEDnARACER That's interesting. do you know for sure? cuz my friend's been a haunt retailer for years and never had a complaint from a client about GG's longevity. It's sus that haunts with a tenth of the budget of LAHH manage to maintain their props when LAHH doesn't. That's why in this scenario, I blame LAHH. This isn't the first time I've seen their neglect first hand.
@@THEDnARACER if u can tell me specifically & NOT get in trouble, how are GG’s props inferior/poorly designed? An acquaintance of mine is considering opening a haunt & that’d be helpful info.
From what I gather they usually happen where hay or corn might exist. This thing is like a Turner Prize art installation. "LA interprets what a hayride might be, if farm?"
As an attraction, yes. Haunted hayrides are a thing in many states during the Halloween season. It's exactly as it sounds. Those in charge of it every year like to change things up when the budget permits it. If you enjoy constant jump scares, cool props, and hard working actors, I recommend it. :)
It is HIGHLY redundant, expensive and lame. I'm from Ohio and was itching for a good haunted hayride (or ANY good haunt in Cali, period -- they're all terrible) so I was super excited to try this one years ago. I never went back cuz it was a waste of money... It was MUCH better then.
3:55 bro is savage "alrighty"
That “alrighty” is perfectly calm

We always enjoy your videos. We watch together and like to compare them how each goes about what they're doing. Thank you!
LA doesn't need this. We already have skid row, Venice Beach, Hollywood Blvd and the 101.
You forgot Figueroa Street 😂
Literally 😂 It was actually a lot of fun tho
lol this made my laugh, facts
Bro them Beats OHH YHHH 🎧🎧

Awesome!!!! shout out to the dope sets and workers there :)

日本には、動画のような期間限定のライド型アトラクションは無いのでとっても新鮮です。

When I went the guy at 13:35 had a chainsaw and a squeaky toy, so he would either chase you out or just playfully squeak the toy at you!

@@s2pid_Millennial yep! They’re really good sports. It’s the scare actors that carry the experience here and they do a great job.
I had to google it to make sure it wasn't too scary lmao
Anyone else thing the hellbilly house looks a lot like the one from RE7?
Hellbilly is seen to be the scariest 😎🤙
very good
Awesome 😊👍
i'd love to go on this someday. it's always so cool-looking.
15:55 is jpland
Cool.

Porkchop is horribly broken because companies love to make great looking, poor mechanically designed pieces.

I agree. It was disappointing.
@@s2pid_Millennial I know first hand it’s poorly designed. Though I agree they haven’t been maintained properly.

Im going on the 22nd... First time.
Great video 📹 and Haunted house 🏡 walk through ❤😊
It's way funner to work at a hayride I am working at one tomorrow night there are 6 nights
I’m not from the US, and am entirely unfamiliar with the idea of a haunted hayride. Is this basically what they are?

3:55 what she said?
You are gonna die First and you are gonna die second
"you're going to die first, and you're going to die second"
It just seems so tamed compared to previous years. :(
I always assumed "Haunted Ride Through LA" was redundant. 😁
This looks really interesting, though.
Since it's LA, I'd bet the traffic going there was way scarier.

Anyone in 2024
The bright sky is totally off-putting to an otherwise creepy experience. WHY is it so light out???
Full moon more than likely
LA light pollution maybe?
the hayride gets worse and worse and worse.... wth
I’ve never been this early ❤
Who would choose the back is I was them I’m not sitting on the hay I’m sitting in the middle on the floor because I’m not bout to be screaming
He did not trust the granny not one bit” the walking part”
Great space, but highly overrated. Very few scares.
Its like they're losing the story an actin like how they used to scare ppl
Not scary😮
Very good
