"Matsuri is smart in a roundabout way" - she's a pretty out of the box and creative thinker (she has on multiple times admitted that she's not academically intelligent), with how she RTA'd Superliminal, her comedy style when not relying on Freudian slips are very deliberate and impeccably timed. She's not as naturally chaotic funny like Pekora/Miko, not as airheaded as Akiroze/Aqua, not as random and insane like Haato-chan/Nenechi, or as quick-witted as Lamy/Subaru but she has a knack for set pieces and setups which has payoffs, something I wish she does more.

Then she resumed on assembling the robot and intentionally showed her reflection again but this time she's wearing a monkey head dress. So instead of her face revelation, her fake "face revelation" got more attention. All of the evidence of her face revealed got buried by the sheer amount of her monkey face revelation. That's big brain move.

Miko and aqua is not smart but have more wisdom than others I think. That's why in a certain side, they both more excel than the others. While matsuri is smart but also have a relatively decent wisdom. Meanwhile botan have both at high quality.

A friend of mine did her doctorate in astro-physics, but struggles tremendously to put together a simple Ikea shelf. It seems to me that most vtubers fall into the 'creative' and 'intuitive' category of intelligence. This is just my impression but I feel if you take all the talents across the big vtuber companies, you could probably count on both hands the number of people who are academically gifted. Besides Choco-sen's IQ tests, the many knowledge test streams held by Haneru and Tenkaiji also contribute to the "vtubers=academic failures" stereotype, but I cant think of anyone who is actually dumb. As far as I know, Haato has progressed the most academically, though I'd probably put Tenchou as the smartest. Speaking 3 languages fluently is no joke.
I highly doubt Haachama is the furthest academically. I wouldn't be surprised if some of them have University degrees (especially the ones who worked for companies prior to vtubing), where I think Haachama is still in University.

lmao copium I actually didn't see Mel as dumb, but it's because the clips of her are always just wacky, cute, nice, and willing. I think the reason I can't see how dumb she is is because she doesn't compete. When people compete, especially in gaming, you learn how smart they can be because they're figuring things out. With that said, I also can't believe Aqua being dumb. Her skills in gaming, especially Apex, tells me otherwise. I can't say how much gaming can translate to academics, but what I do know for sure, is that if she put even half or less amount of effort she does in Apex for academics, she could get 70s or higher easy. Or even all of that effort if that's not enough for you. Either way, academics are just memorization and problem solving, for the most part.

Miko and aqua is not smart but have more wisdom than others I think. That's why in a certain side, they both more excel than the others. While matsuri is smart but also have a relatively decent wisdom.

At the age of 30-40, its very hard to find happiness, but Botan can laugh and enjoy of her life, from easy to hard, from scary to funny, from serious to goofy... she is what we can "the smart elder".

These girls are all world class entertainers making big money. They passed multiple layers/ Understand computers or know how to sub-contract help to keep it running. These are Buisness Women with Multiple forms of logic and skill set's. Some also act dumb to be "in character."
I know of some amazingly smart, witty or skilled people, who can be absolute idiots in certain ways. A friend of mine did her doctorate in astro-physics, but struggles tremendously to put together a simple Ikea shelf.
On the other hand, one of my collogues at work struggles with even the most basic concepts, but is an amazingly skilled craftsmen.
People can be dumb and smart at the same time.

Choco’s quiz is mostly random trivia people learn in grade school, so it’s a poor indication of academic intelligence imo, ie since life/curricula don’t emphasize these things much, for long, and/or beyond grade school

It seems to me that most vtubers fall into the 'creative' and 'intuitive' category of intelligence. This is just my impression but I feel if you take all the talents across the big vtuber companies, you could probably count on both hands the number of people who are academically gifted.
Besides Choco-sen's IQ tests, the many knowledge test streams held by Haneru and Tenkaiji also contribute to the "vtubers=academic failures" stereotype, but I cant think of anyone who is actually dumb. Not even those with countless clips showcasing their 'low iq' and ponkotsu moments (Aqua, Nene, Honhima, Furen, etc)

As far as I know, Haato has progressed the most academically, though I'd probably put Tenchou as the smartest. Speaking 3 languages fluently is no joke.
I highly doubt Haachama is the furthest academically. I wouldn't be surprised if some of them have University degrees (especially the ones who worked for companies prior to vtubing), where I think Haachama is still in University.

@@krete69 If its about HoloId, the most bilingual member I can think of is Iofi. She fluently using ID, English, Japannese, Sundanese(Local languange). And currently learning Germany, korea, and thai/spain?(idk).

I actually didn't see Mel as dumb, but it's because the clips of her are always just wacky, cute, nice, and willing. I think the reason I can't see how dumb she is is because she doesn't compete. When people compete, especially in gaming, you learn how smart they can be because they're figuring things out. With that said, I also can't believe Aqua being dumb. Her skills in gaming, especially Apex, tells me otherwise. I can't say how much gaming can translate to academics, but what I do know for sure, is that if she put even half or less amount of effort she does in Apex for academics, she could get 70s or higher easy. Or even all of that effort if that's not enough for you. Either way, academics are just memorization and problem solving, for the most part.
