Your message of being at peace was used by me today as I was cutting wood from a blow down and carrying/dragging it about 200 yards to my wood cart. It helped keep me in a positive mood
I'm better at cutting firewood thanks to BBR. Safer, better at tuning, and my chains are way sharper. I still suck but I have more confidence and am definitely looking forward to getting out to cut now that things are going more smoothly.
This is an absolutely GLORIOUS video! I love it! I was totally deceived by the Ram Horn and thought it had awesome snap but I think the Enterprise is the winner from my seat! I love watching you Buckin! The style, the filin' and the glorious sounds coming out of them there saws! Have a good one sir
would be interesting to see if these will make it to the broader market. His friend, the fabricator spends LOTS of time on these. They are incredible works of art. My 562 and 545 would love an actual pipe that works. This is what is cool about Buckins tenacity to see what works! @@joedunsel
Yeppers … about 25% quicker thru the wood with the pipe vs the stock can which was very very close to what I experienced with the pipe I built. That 562xp REALLY loves a free flowing exhaust! A pipe and some flow work / transfer work is about all a guy/gal needs on this 562xp beauty !
Hey...I've had the Husqvarna 359 for 13 years...and never had a problem. Always runs, never had a repair. I love your videos, greetings from Germany Peter
Pollarded a triple stem willow over ancient cottages today with my pal Greg. We are old timers but the job went like clockwork. Love your output and your attitude mate, from a fifty two year old woodcutter in Sussex.
I loved the harmony of three saws blazing away. It reminds me of one time during a log home building course we had 15 people on chainsaws cutting the same log. It was quite a song.
Good enough for buckin good enough for me! Got me a brand new 562 haven’t even got to cut with yet, sliced and diced the muffler today sounds awesome. Can’t wait to stand up and buck some wood!
Thanks for the shout out on the helmet. Let me know when you’re back in town and we can set up the plant tour. Got some fans that would like to meet you too.
Awesome comparison!! Boy. I like the sound of that ramhorn...but looks to be that the enterprise muffler may pull a little more when she is grunting?? Both are a A+ in my book....keep posative and start your days off with a good attitude sure makes the difference, and for others that work around ya, be a light, love it
It’s all in the feel as has been said... Imhop the Husky’s in the 500 series line up; especially the mkII’s are tough customers stock. CC to CC stock there probably a wee hotter than most saws across the board. I am a stihl guy just because that’s kinda what I got into. That being said I don’t include the 500i in any of these competitions because it just a different animal all together. But I like outboard cluch saws because it keeps the out put shaft bearing cooler and the oiler in better shape. I don’t have an newer OE big saw yet. I just have a few 660 clones that I have hopped up but the more I see of the 500 series husky’s I am leaning toward a 592 a bit more every time I run one and see a well tuned one run. If I had to pick a saw to turn into a good do all saw for cutting and splitting big fire wood and doing a bit of milling here and there I think the 592 or any of its smaller brethren when sized appropriately CC for the wood would be a tough customer to beat. I worked over a 543 and a 545 MkII and they both were little monsters with narrow kurf bars at 20” and 24” the 545 really made it hard to resist but I did but now I have a little cog turning in the back of my head about the 592.
I think, maybe, if you didn't already, a new filing between the enterprise, and the ram horn, might have made a change. You think, maybe? I have been at peace since I retired in 2015. Thanks Buckin'.
im sure many people have asked you but i have not seen it anyways when grinding a full chisel round ground chain which angle do you prefer the stock 25 degree or more aggressive 30 and yes i know it sometimes depends if your cutting soft wood or hard wood i always cut hard wood in the north east thank you people will appreciate your opinion
Great video. Wondering now if I'm going this sell my older 562mk1 that I tune up, it's not what It was, and then buy an new mk2 with only muffler mod .seems like a great saw
I listen to all sorts of music, but the music I'm becomming most fond of is rap. The rap rap rap of Buckins rams horn equipped Huskies! Cheers from HB NZ
any more info or link to the enterprise muffler ? It clearly blew away the other two. Nice comparison of all three. Bucking I got a funny feeling you getting a free saw is going to cost me money 😂
HI BUCKIN 😊😊 when 2 chainsaws are running at the same time they sound like bumble bees and U can tell when there was more than 1 saw running and cutting wood 😊😊 I use 2 cut wood W dad 😊😊 2 saws cutting wood at the same time ⌚😊 they sound just like the bumble bees right 👉 😊 right 👉 🎉 listen 👂 2 them sing 😊😊 now that's it's own tune 🎶 😊 and song that is songs 😊😊 that animals can't remake 😊😊 OMG 2 21 2O24
I’m glad you went a 28 on a 562 this time buckin last time I thought the 32 was just too much and it wouldn’t help the balance at all, hopefully she get a light weight bar at some point
So, do you have to adjust the carb when you change that muffler. I’m a welder and fabricator and want to build one for my 585 I’m going to be using it for planking and my chainsaw mill will take up to 30” wood. Just figured I’d ask. Might see if Enterprise has one that will fit that 585. Much love from Raeford North Carolina.
Autotune saw. No manual carb adjustment. It auto tunes for temperature, altitude, fuel etc. pretty sweet actually. All the 5 series Husky’s, are auto tuners.
Working at a company where we have had to cut over a 1000 bunks of timber lagging. Guys keep burning saws out and we have spent over 20k in chainsaws and parts this year. What are we doing wrong? How often are guys filing saws?
I owe all my sharp chains to Buckin❤
I agree
nice ,, folks willing to be willing usually gain
I second this!!
ive got work to do 😒
And all my sharp chain terminology!
Your message of being at peace was used by me today as I was cutting wood from a blow down and carrying/dragging it about 200 yards to my wood cart. It helped keep me in a positive mood
Well done … useful isn’t it
I know the feeling, i did the same but through the knee deep snow. 6 hours! After that day you just fall to the bed.
WORK HARD, be honest, be kind. You got to use 1/3 of his motto while you were harvesting wood
You’re one of the best hand filers in the business. A true understanding of how the cutter works, and what it needs.
I learned to climb by watching that video where Billy was like “take small steps! Just take small steps don’t wear yourself out!”
Solid advice!
Even my 400C turns heads when working with other cutters. “Is that saw ported?”. Nope, someone taught me how to “Buckinize” it. Thanks Buckin!
Perfect bedtime music ripping

Buckin your the best you are a one of a kind teacher it is easy to learn from you.
nice words , thx

Where can you find these aftermarket mufflers?

Good times! That was fun, thanks Buckin 🤙🏼
I got a ported muffler on the way for my 372xp from my man in Duncan 👌🏼
Awesome! I liked seeing all the cuts side by side by side.
me too
I would love to see Billy's saws on Joe's dyno with these mufflers!
Thanks for the reminder.
I don't hear the chain anymore.
Hungry? Dinner's on. Hot dogs, mushrooms, cornbread.
John boy 😂
Crazy how much the air flow matters with motors. Got to love it.
I love your words of wisdom Buckin! Thanks for the video love the comparison between all the mufflers!
My pleasure
That Ram Horn...LOVE that muffler! Great vid! Thanks Buckin'!!
Love those two changes.
Sharp chain & nice muffler.
You know you have done some cutting when you have a huge pile of sawdust to kneel on 😂
ya it s deep
The Ramhorn almost makes it sound like a twin cylinder. Sounds really good on phone speakers, I can’t imagine in real life.
you saw my face ... lol hahha
@BuckinBillyRaySmith where do I get me a ramhorn?
Agree the ramhorn is the nastiest sounding one out of all the mufflers I've seen on this channel
Long live 2 strokes!!!!
@@McTree2013 I definitely need a ramhorn for my 562. @BuckinBillyRaySmith

that chainsaw is evolving more and more you are an inspiration in this world of chainsaws
Bye from italy
I cant wait for this saw to come out where I live, I want one! Thanks for the video Buckin

Some of the best words ever spoken.
I use them with the same affect every time. ❤️

Awsome vid buckin !!
I love Chips, Metal chips, Wood Chips. I will watch anything that makes chips. Love you Billy Ray
I love the video. You can hear the difference in the 2 mufflers ❤
Very true!
Saw sounds insane with the ram horn lol…. Quickly learning the 562 is a fantastic saw.
Just add a deflector to the stock muffler and open the insides and retest. Stock will be lighter.
Thanks for the shout out on the helmet. Let me know when you’re back in town and we can set up the plant tour. Got some fans that would like to meet you too.

hi Steven
Enterprise is the pipe for that saw!!!
Love it !
Enterprise is smooth as silk.
Oh, I love it❤
Sounds good first thing i did to my 394 was put on a dual port style muffler way more saw than what my skill level is but was cheap enough
Buckin your the best
Really cool to see and hear the cuts at the same time. Good work! 562 would be all I need if my saw ever needs replacing.
Thanks 😎
i drilled an oversized hole then a few more holes into the baffle area before i ever started my saw, guessing it helped rev easier 👍

Where and who sells a good pipe for the 555 or the 562?
Well Buckin, I just picked up a few packs of 7/32 files for my 3/8 chain :) gonna give er a whirl on some chain!

Which saw is it? Couldn't make it.out on the video
What chainsaw pants are you wearing there Buckin? They look like nice quality! Love the custom pipe videos!! Thanks
I cut mostly fire wood and some pine for a small sawmill
I lean toward the Enterprise muffler....seems quieter and yet faster. Good visual comparing the three simultaneously.
Good eye
I can actually see the ram horn as a hood ornament!!! 💪
Love you all...❤❤❤
Lieutenant Bradley
lmao most definitely.
How bout that enterprise muffler eh!!! Looked like the ram horn had more torque, but that enterprise just flat out cuts
But I’m not so sure that the auto tune had time to “learn” and compensate.
Do you prefer husky over stihl chainsaws?
Where do I get these mufflers?

I’m glad you went a 28 on a 562 this time buckin last time I thought the 32 was just too much and it wouldn’t help the balance at all, hopefully she get a light weight bar at some point
