Yes, near the woodlands retreat or smthn, look for a blue circle you can reset your magic, skillpoints, and magic type. A really op magic is blizzard magic, its the evolution of snow (the 1st move stunlocks the enemy if you spam it) Just search it up on the wiki, it tells you coords

Other methods can include picking up the sparks after they spawn where magic is collided (rare) or killing an elemental magician (usually on a spire and/or spawning near the force altar. you'll know it's them if they attack with force magic/orange magic)
