Banger World Finals in November were traditionally held at the now closed Wimbledon Stadium. With its covered grandstands, and unforgiving fence posts, the atmosphere was always special for big events. This is a selection of our home video highlights just filmed with a basic hand held camera in the crowd. The Jag on Nissan follow-in would have been an instant red-flag these days. So it should be. Thank goodness the standard of the marshalling is more professional.

It wouldn't have. They do thumbs up / thumbs down to drivers after larger hits / incidents. If the thumbs are up, keep the racing going.
