On trial 2 have you considered while fighting the power goblins to use wall spells to clear the fog and aggro the boss to defeat it faster? I think you have mana to spare for that
I dont know what you mean by this, but would love to find out! If you can, be sure to send me gameplay. I have a save file of all my units if you want. This route is far from optimised so it would be awesome if we can scrape a few seconds on a strat like this
@@TheSamiG I mean you can clear fog of war using building spells instead of advancing with your units. So while you are fighting the power goblins you could use building spells and when you can aggro the boss with a spell, maybe you can save time there. Unfortunately I have too much lag playing this game so recording gameplay is not viable for me but I just wanted to share some ideas that might be useful
Did you know the possibility to lock the colossus at trial 1 by building a tower between its legs ? It makes this battle much easier (it is also less boring) and save you spaces for range units. The only requirements are the inferno with something like turtle shield or omega seal, a tower spell and a shield spell such that the inferno can pass behind the colossus and can then protect the tower (which also attacks the boss) from incoming units. The tower must be constructed exactly between the legs of the colossus so that one might miss at the first try (I achieved this by aiming the pelvis of the boss). I'm not sure if this strategy works with some other buildings. I often use the fire tower of the inferno for this mission. It is kind of funny to see the boss trying to destroy the tower which it cannot reach.
