As a stealth/ambush weapon this would be extremely effective. Definitely not using it when the enemy is aware of my presence. To much time needed to prep the bolts, load the bands and acquire the target. Plus there's range issues. But ambushing an enemy in close proximity...this thing is doing massive damage.
