Looks like a good little speaker to take on the go and not have to worry if it falls or gets scuffed up over time as I hate taking out the speakers I really like.

My thoughts exactly. I have bluetooth speakers I pay a lot more for and want to keep mint, and cheaper ones like this that make for good beater speakers.

Price is great! Use it as a charger for that price. Outdoors working where its just a noise filler might be good.
Absolutely! it's made the perfect shower speaker where we're not too concerned on a speaker sounding the best.
Bro Is it loud? I am considering to get one of this to put on my bag and listen to music while riding my electric scooter. 40 to 50kmh speed. Will I still hear it? I want to know if the volume is really loud. Also if you will recommend it to listen outside while riding, is it clear sound? your response would really help me. Thanks bro
Yep..it's definitely more than loud enough for a scooter at 50kmh. You can likely play it at 60% volume and still be able to hear it at that speed without any issues.

The speaker also sounds pretty good, especially for the cheap price these are..but I got too many speakers as it is. My wife would probably kick me out if I ordered more.. lol.
Lol yea I was trying to catch up with everything on me to do list. Almost caught up but still some ways to go. I'm happy to hear the randomness of the channel works out for you. Basically if it's anything tech related I like or bought, it eventually comes on the channel.

Greeting from Singapore.. Thanks for the review. In Singapore, this s53 is selling at $12. What is your thought if compare to UE wonderboom3? I bought one Wonderboom3 at $84 and the sound is really fantastic.
Side by side, the wonder boom likely has higher sound quality, but I still would not pay $70 more than the Zealot for it. Personally I would be happier with two Zealot S53 and saving $50

@@EricReviews thanks for your reply. If I plug a FM receiver into one of the S53's 3.5mm earjack, and can I perform TWS with another same S53, means the source is analogue signal in to one S53 and will another S53 receive such signals from its S53 buddy?
sir, how about the baterry life, when you use it at max volume nonstop playing?
Unfortunately I cant say as I mostly use it on 50-70%.
in charging you wait 4-5hours max, I played the speaker for 3 hours already and still on 70% battery while playing 50-70% volume
Good side is the quality of the speaker/sound it is better than may jbl charge 3 😅
the downside is, when you reach 30% it will automaticaly off or force off, maybe because of the battery health it is bad to drain the battery then charge it again.
Between awei y526 and zealot s53, which of them is better
Not sure as awei doesn't list their speaker power. However awei is only 1200mah battery while the Zealot is 4400mah, so with the Zealot you'll get almost 4x the battery life. Between the 2 based off that alone, I'd go with the zealot

That usually requires a special button or for it to be always listening so I don't think it can

Yes it does
This one or Tribit Mini?
Between the two I'd have to go with the Tribit Micro. The Zealot S53 gets louder but due to the EQ issue I had, Tribit would be better.
Then again, it also depends on your use case. For me this makes the perfect shower speaker where I'm not really too concerned with it having the best sound and the RGB lights are a nice touch.
how do i know if its charging or not?
I'd have to check later, but I'm sure there's an indicator light somewhere

No, mine doesn't talk at all. Just random Chimes like most other speakers
Can you do a comparison with zealot s53 and tronsmart t7 mini?
Unfortunately I do not have the T7 Mini speaker but I'll see if I pick one up to do a comparison

I haven't tried the T7 unfortunately so I cant comment on that. I say just go with whichever has higher wattage and battery life

Unfortunately I haven't tried the S61 so I cant comment on that one

100% this one. Go 3 is a lot more portable, but this is going to get louder and have more bass due to its size and increased wattage

I gotta say.. not bad! I expected much worse. Most speakers at this price range are 10W or less. well.. that or they simply sound like trash
Yeah I was pretty surprised as well. Its always a gamble when it comes to cheaper speakers. If they fix the EQ a bit this would be a great bang for your buck
those RGBs are so useless since they are at the bottom. LOL
You can turn them off actually it will save battery
