- Chinese Black Chicken Farm - How to Raise and Process this Mutant breed of Chicken?
Unlike chicken breeds with regular black plumage, Chinese black chickens have a unique pigmentation that makes both their bones and meat black. Currently each black chicken in China is sold for about $20 each. Although much more expensive than regular chicken, people still consume large quantities of black chicken every day.
